Switched to 1/8" SS cal line from SM SO2 tank to MFC. Closed and capped SM UHP air cylinder and capped both ends of the 1/8" teflon line in case we need to go back to it. Will test the artifact on the SS in a couple of days. System is ready for tonight's cals.
