Changes to SO2 instrument

Plumbed up SO2 cylinder to 10 sccm flow controller.
Now need to plumb standard add flow controller to three way add valve.
Changed SO2 sub-manifold flow rate from 5.o lpm to 8.0 lpm
- SO2 instrument pressure when sampling from PROPHET manifold at 5.0 lpm = 666 mmHg
- SO2 instrument pressure when sampling from PROPHET manifold at 8.0 lpm = 650 mmHg
- SO2 instrument pressure when sampling from sub-manifold at 8.0 lpm = 591 mmHg

Standard Add flow rate is: 1.5 lpm
