Setup SO2 instrument to work on SO2 PC

This took about 45 minutes. So no SO2 data today between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM
Seems to almost work. Not getting all serial communications working properly.
I need Jimmy's help on this.
Did get SAFS instrument to communicate with SAFS PC. So as soon as we can get SO2 com
set up, then I can start working with SAFS below canopy.
